Three More Translation Sales

Italian Book Club Edition coming in September

News just in: subscribers to the Mondolibri book club will be able to get their very own edition of Brevissima Storia Della Vita Sulla Terra from September, with the handsome cover design as shown.

As a curtain-raiser to the Game of Thrones spinoff House of the Dragon, Stephen Kelly and I shot the breeze (in BBC Focus) about whether dragons could breathe fire (maybe) fly (maybe not) or exist (of course they exist!)

UK and US Paperback News

 As you probably know, Picador will publish a paperback version of A (Very) Short Etc etc on 15 September, and it's available for preorder. But what's this? St Martin's Press in the US also has a paperback you can preorder, but that won't appear until 4 April, 2023.
